HIGH PURITY AND ULTRA HIGH PURITY IRON
Induction Iron's Grade 1001 HP and Ultra 1001 HP are an ultra high purity iron melt stock that have low levels of Al and Ti as well as C, Mn, P and S. They are best used in Vacuum Melting applications, especially in the Aerospace and Specialty Alloy sectors and in magnetic applications. Grade 1001-HP's standard size is 3"x 3"x 12" billet but can also be cut to any size specification the customer desires. Induction also supplies high purity and ultra high purity rod of various lengths and widths. The chemistry is heat certified and all material is shot blasted.
TYPICAL CHEMISTRY
We have our own spectrometer in house and test our material methodically to ensure exacting specifications. Our loads are heat certified.

SIZING
Typical sizing of Grace 1001 HP is 3" X 3"X 12" but can be cut to alternate lengths.

Grade U Thin plate can ship in covered 55 gallon steel drums and gaylord boxes.
